Has anyone else been watching this? RuneScape is bringing back Old School servers. Info here. The community has been asking for it for a very long time and Jagex has left it up to them to make it happen. Basically, the deal is, if they get enough votes (750,000) for it from their current playerbase the servers will not only be free but will have their own dedicated dev team. At lesser amounts of votes they will still be up but subscribers wishing to play on them will be charged a membership fee and there will be less technical support and development. Currently they have received over 250,000 yes votes in favor of the servers and voting will continue through March 1 so if you have any interest in this please vote!
