Can someone please walk me through what I need to do to make the item for recharging talismans? I'm am having a lot of trouble finding any information. I see that a scribe can create an enchanted switch and a runed prism but I don't see how to make a runed switch.

The runed switch is made by carpentry: 1 Enchanted Switch, 1 Runed Prism, 1 Jeweled Filigree.

I don't know how many times I must of missed seeing the option in the carpentry menu....Where does one get a hollow prism? I"m assuming the citadel?

The hollow prism is made using glassblowing and requires 8 sand.
