Are there any good rune librarys on Lake Austin?

Crazy Joe's library is pretty much straight up from the Tram Brit Moongate, right in front of some of the fields where pumpkins spawned the past couple years. I know there are others as well, but that's the one I usually use when I need a library.

There's also one if you run east from the Luna bank down the hill and toward the moongate that pops you out of the wall... the rune library is the last building on your left before you hit that gate to get outside the Luna walls.
