Are those places just T-Map libraries, or other places as well?
the port of umbra, located just over the west bridge, has a rune library. There are runes to cities, dungeons, hunting spots, and various other spots as well as a full collection of t-map runes. Also at the port is a full set of dye tubes, an ankh of sacrifice, a lucky statue, lockpicking training boxes, and a give/take donation box.
