I have looked everywhere! Not saying im a lazy T-hunter...but geez. I knew of a few, one near moonglow and the other not far from Brit. Just cant seem to find em now.

I'd recommend the Library of Exploration, just outside the gates of Cove (Trammel). They have just about everything you could want on any facet.

There is also a rune library in Zento just Southeast of the gate. Was set up a few months ago by YGV/A^^I. Not sure many know it exists, hope it is of use to you.
