Is it possible to copy a marked rune book?i mean you fill new book with runes and copy it?

Yeah. The "Pen of Wisdom" you can buy off of the UO Game Code Store lets you copy Runebooks. It's kind of a joke though. You need 1 Empty Runebook, then 1 Mark Scroll per location, and 1 Blank Rune per location in order to copy a runebook. With those mats, you can simply just go recalling around and marking the locations yourself.

I have a question about this. Does the runebook you want to copy have to be in the backpack? or is it possible to clone a book from a rune library that would be locked down, but with access?
Not sure, haven't used one myself.
