Rune book can not set Recall(cast) as default

Hi Pinco,

Some rune book can not set recall(cast) as default action, which is added by Pinco's UI.

I only found this when I tried in a book that didn't have any charges. Once I opened one that did, the Recall Spell was on the list, so try a different book that has charges, since once you set it, it works in all your books.
