Rune and Drink Vendors

Hi ive been gone for over 10 years and ive seen these vendors for lack of a better word that when you say rune or drink it gives you the item. Where do you get those from>

I think those are special NPCs you can get for your house. I believe they come from tokens that were part of earlier promotions, and might be buyable from other players or from the Origin store.

Anyone want to refresh my memory? I've forgotten almost as much in the last 3 years as I can remember, from my time semi-away from the game due to family reasons.

Also interested in these vendors. Ive seen ones that you can say prize to as well. Though I've never done it lol.

I think the vendors you are asking about are stewards. You can put items in their backpack and set up a word or phrase to give out items. You can get them using turn in points. A vendor uses 10,000 points.
