Can anyone give me a PC on this rubble piece and/or tell me what it goes to?

And can anyone tell me what a "Worn Katana" is from?

The rubble is the left side of the boat /ship set. I sold a couple at 26mil or so each (still have 1 remaining).

The katana is a newbie quest item from old haven. 250k or so.

Rubble boat part ~10M on Cats... probably twice that elsewhere.

Katana is freely grabbable with a never ending supply in New Haven on the docks. Pick one up another one spawns. Trash it.
