In relation to sales of Rubble, the last few months had seen a major spike in selling as people finally decided to sell down their stock piles. This had seen a massive amount of Rubble changing hands. During this time I suspect most people have settled on the pieces that they have been looking for or required to complete sets / deco ideas.

As a result, we have now notice a steady full in prices over the last few weeks with even the more desirable pieces staying vendors much longer with their prices prices slowly drifting lower.

Having said that, I would offer 30 Mil. (One thing against this piece is it's direction it facing - makes it a difficult piece to deco with on it's own)
