its a bandage. a white bandage. looks like a single regular white healing bandage

Thank you .. I have seen them and possibly have one ... Ieally do not think it is a upper range rare rubble so 20 to 25 mil is a good range to go..

well I have not seen one so I'd think 20-25 mil would be low. Bandaid items are great deco. I think I'd sell one for 60 or so, but then again my vendors rarely sell anything.

Be careful if you hit your heal macro the game will indeed gobble it up as a normal bandage.
