Niva the Savage was on patrol earlier this week in Kijustsu Anei Village when she spotted someone killing gaman at the KAV Township Banner. Later on she spotted the same person in the Britannia Mage Tower building. She discovered that it was A Mysterious Savage from a different tribe. As she entered the Mysterious Savage removed something from one of the bookcases in the room.
Niva tried to get the item back was unsuccessful. After several minutes of Niva threatening the Mysterious Savage, the Mysterious Savage jumped thru the window and landed on the roof of the building next door. Niva reported this to Lord Gareth and he was able to determine that the item was taken from Library of Arcane Knowledge. The Mages have since initiated lock down procedures in that library.
