Royal Guard Recruitment

Are the EMs on all shards quietly kicking off an effort to recruit Royal Guards? Baja has something going on and during the past week I noticed something going on in Haven on Europa. Unfortunately, I didn't bother picking up the guard recruitment info on Europa to see if it was a particular guild doing it or perhaps EM-sponsored.

Just curious if any other shards are seeing anything like this or not. If yes, why is it being done so quietly? I have to wonder how many people are missing out on it if they don't read Stratics or the EM websites (if their shard even has one).

Another question for you, if this is happening on your shard, is whether faction affiliation is a problem for joining these new Royal Guard forces.

Didn't see anything like that on Napa. There's was some sort of EM-affiliated event held in Felluca yesterday but it didn't say that it was for Royal Guard Recruitment.

The Fel event was a race.
Was lots of run., Died 3 times..
Ran thru allot of places. Got to Pink Lanterns, and had to choose 1 of 2 answers. Then pick a gate. Never ran so fast... Thru Fell LL room, and Destard..

I haven't seen anything on Pacific. Seems that it may just be your shard.

The Bloodguard, Europa's ad hoc army, was assembled on Sunday to attach a Void thing in the Void Shadow dungeon, under our EM's command.

Considering the RBG guild/alliance on Atlantic, this could be tricky... We will support the EM's in any way possible, but this Royal Britannian Guard will NOT support Casca.

Most of Europa's roleplay guilds leave recruiting/promotional materials in New Haven, haven't seen anything official being done there. However, Casca appointed us a new RBG Commander who has been leading us in official/unofficial event chains under the banner of 'Sosaria's Army'
