Why not just hang out in town and claim some alters and see if someone want to fight? when you have 10k silver, you have your Royal Forged Pardon.
I do have one I may part with, depending of what you are paying.

Yeah. I've done town after town and only gain around 200 silver per 20 mins. Not worth the time. I remember not too long ago people were giving away the 10k banners like they were candy. I was hoping someone would have 10k to purchase a pardon and sell it to me.

I don't know what the going rate is for the faction items. Like I said, I've only seen them being given away.

Banners sell for 1-2 mills each, so I believe that should be same price. I had never given them away, i had sold them or used them as events rewards.
