Since someone brought up his name, I figured I'd share one of my early welcome back to Siege adventures, lol...

So for some reason I was running through Skara when I noticed a mark was sitting around the bank. I run over and proceed to snoop. Bah, a crafter with some minor goods, but nothing worth the time it takes to hit a few macros. >:>

Anyway, I proceed to stealth away at the time I spot a red...WITH AN ALTERNATING CAP NAME!!! (please understand, these kiddies have always irritated me, lol). I notice he is an elf, so I keep my distance to see what may happen without risking getting passively revealed (ok, so I didn't know Siege didn't get passive reveal). He shouts out a quick question to my old mark, but they don't answer. LOL, I knew what was coming next. YEP, he runs off screen and I pull up my marks status bar. He is going for the unattended kill, but I had a better idea. I waited for him to try round two. "GUARDS" was readied and I stepped a few paces closer so as he would be within my view. He casts another spell, and I unleash the power of the King's guards upon this youngster. LOL, guess what happened next?

Muhahahahaha. I quickly loot him some decent armor and jewels, so I throw it on.

I'm not quit sure he was too happy with me upon his return.

Of course I couldn't just walk away, I had to try to hold a conversation.

I really don't think he was in the mood.

Please note: I typically don't target reds, especially in town, unless they have targeted me in the past, or have really, really silly names, like RoXxOr...la

I remember him, he was not all bad I think. He rezzed Tina Tink long ago, when a town was under attack. She died to the spawn. He did not loot.

Well, how do you feel about preying on NEW? In my opinion, it is bad form. In the spirit of the RoC, there could be many folks named RoXxOr, though.

I met no less than 3 newcomers to Siege in Skara yesterday. I was there to shop for scrolls.

he likes to prey on newbies crafters and the unatended ... (guess he cant handle a real opponent) with all fairness it could be annother guy . but given the similarities ...well you figure.

i am friended to the [NEW] keep and freequently drop off donations for the young .
i was returning one evening after a long day's champing and had a bag o goodies for new.
RoXxOr steps in just as i gate in and kills me and dry loots me .
i was without a pet , tired and not really payin attention so i guess i deserved that . i just was a little upset cause those items were meant for the new folks . not some pk . ya know ?
then hes starts goin "way to suck noob" and all kinds o stuff , im like f this . went back to town and returned with my dragon. after a brief battle he dirtnapped. then the tirade really began . (no , he was not pleased with me at all)

sounds like you met the same inividual ... dont feel bad . he certainly deserved it.

Skara and vesper seem to be the first choices of people that dont want to use use luna.


Personally i think bucs den is underrated...you people should come to bucs more often!

Ya know, a few years back, I tried getting the gate that every shard has (except Siege) near the Buccs Den bank. My feeling was, it would get more people into the town, since people who may be near Cove or Trinsic, might want to use it. Everyone poo pood the idea because of the server lines in town...la

Even with the server lines bucs has a lot of potential

The simple fact there are no guards is the big thing for me. Sure people would use the server lines to prevent themselves from being killed, it just means you have to modify your killing ways. Sheesh, the PvPers on this shard either want to play close to the guardzone or close to a house...I bet you would get all sorts of offers for your home...la
