Roof encounter

I would like to get other people's opinion on the Shadowguard encounter.. First, Anon, any helpful hints? Also, someone told me that luck plays no part in drops from the roof. I don't believe that but I have also never tried it with luck.

when anon turns into a elemental (of any type) stop hitting him.
he turns into a elemental of whatever damage he is taking the most of, once in that form he is like a succubus and leeches HP back.
so stop hitting him when he is in elemental form, he will only do that for a couple seconds.
once back in mage form its game on again.
its funny if your using WOD on him cause he will chance with every hit.
