[Stealing] Rogue - New Doom Stealable Locations

We looked on the forums for a listing of the recently added Doom Stealable item location and found nothing. On the UO Wiki we found the Rarity timer but nothing about locations.

There are a couple of threads about these items, one is here on UO Crime, title 'Maps', one is on UHall. anyone get a new stealable?
All pieces have been found, but only the finder of the platemail pieces has posted pictures. The two furniture pieces are said to be in the healer room and shop in the gauntlet.

Someone posted the location of the burner, not with a screenshot, but enough to know where to look for it. It's level 12, so it won't be seen again for ages.

What skill level of stealing to do you need to be to steal each Artifact Rarity level?

I tried looking it up, but couldnt come up with much.
