RNG and Luck Fixes.

Just wanted to keep these subjects fresh on peoples minds. They were both deemed broken and RNG was supposed to be an easy fix so I was just curious when this will be going in.

I'm still waiting on an answer to my FoF question about how Luck functions in the ToT-style systems (ToT, the Gauntlet, etcetera).
...That was about 3 months ago.

I was even told by Draconi that I "should look for it 'soon'."
