1/3 + 17% lrc is worth more to some people (I'm not one of them) than a couple hundred k's.
A brief search found similar rings for sale from 950k to 25 mil (I seriously doubt the 25 mil ring (1/3 16 lrc, 5% dci) will sell for that price).
And one ring on Great Lakes (1/2 16% LRC, 14 discord, some DI) for 15k.
If I were looking for that ring, I'd willingly pay in 400-500k range. But many people pay more than I would.
