I was assuming that it would... I suppose that I was guessing that based on the item "Amelia's Toolbox" found here --> http://www.uoguide.com/Amelia%27s_Toolbox now, don't get me wrong I could be mistaken on that. I do realize that the toolbox is a "tool" and not jewelry, but it does say that Amelia's Toolbox does not replenish it's charges. So, I was assuming that if the ring does not, then UOguide would mention that. So, to be honest, I do not know for sure. I suppose I will find out when I get one and use it. ^.^
