well was doing {PC} to see what it may be worth?
Imo it is a 15m item due to the max dex and hci, but it may be more since these things tend to have high asking prices on your server. I do not know if they ever sell at the 20-100m prices seen on Luna vendors, however.

It's been quoted a cpl of times for around 30-45mil ... but not sure it would sell at that...i will def. ponder on any offers presented so feel free to send them
