I still remember striking it lucky finding a Swords/Tactics/Chivalry ring with 29 total skill points in an SOS chest years ago, then finding a matching bracelet the same day on a vendor (so that the total between them were 20 chiv, 19 swords, 19 tactics), and the other properties on both were beneficial. I wore that set until the "real Tactics skill" nerf to special moves, on my melee T-hunter.
