15+ skill in arch/tact/anat/heal/resist/ninja (can be removed if jewel is otherwise really good)

hci and dci would even be better, or 20hci no dci. Will review jewels that have 0 skill bonus as well!

preferable mods on top of minimum are stats, spell damage inc, fcr, more skill, more dmg inc
