Is it just me, or do rings seem to lose durability in a ridiculous manner? It seems like for some reason I'm just hitting monsters with my swords hilt & handle. Tonight a friend of mine did about 30 DFs just for fun, me on bard for buffs, him on a samadin. I was hitting nothing at all, ring went from 255-50 dura. His went from 255-0. Weapons and other items lost maybe 20-50 durability the entire time.
Is this a bug or am I just missing something and this has always been the case? I'm aware that durability goes down just by being in combat but it seems crazy that I would have to repair only my ring once every 2 hours of being in combat..
