I would Disagree. I think if it had 25 Ep the 200-300 would be correct. I would say 100-125 on that one

Between the mask of Kal ankkur, and balakai staff EP for a char with mage/party shouldn't be an issue. If it had EP it would be a perfect 8 mod 1/3 with 30 skills, it'd be 500 or so
