RIDING SWIPE is bugged help

when i am on foot and i use riding swipe to dismount someone they can go into wolf form or mount instantly without any dismount timer, but the dismount timer is put on me!!!! why do i have to wait 10 seconds when they can wolf right away! must be a bug so just letting the devs know.

The best way to report a bug is to send an e-mail to [email protected] (or, if you're using KR, to report it using the in-game bug report tool).
