we found 10 books in all which gave us the word of power to enter Lord British's vault, but we also found out from Ricardo's books that we need to be holding somthing. In volume 6 its said:
It seems I am still missing something. I believe that one or more objects are required. I believe I must be holding something when I speak the word’s o’ power. I do not yet know what but I will find out.
Interestingly book 9 says
Me new research suggests that Lord British may have taken the item needed to open the vault with him to protect it.
However, at the split of Trammel and Felucca, it seems there were many objects that were accidentally duplicated. This increases me odds a great deal.
I expect that any such artifacts will be here in Felucca.
Lastly book 10 says:
I have determined that the object I need is one of the three: Lord British's crown, his scepter, or his cape.
But he finished his research here as he discoveverd about the Artified Scion and decided to steel it from the Ophadians.
One thing that I find interesting is the timing of his discovering the information on the Artified Scion. Did his research lead him to investigate the Ophadians and thus they may have one of the 3 objects that we might need. Earlier his research said he expected duplicates of the items might be found in Fel, but is the Ophidian connection a coincidence or not. If not then our decision on who's side may lie here, help or kill the Ophadians?
