Ricardo Quest rewards from Lt. Crag

Is anyone getting the 5ssi cloaks from Lt. Crag in tram cove? I am reading about people getting them from Lt. Dan, which seems to be a bug. I have turned in all of my info to Crag, and not received a single arty. The best I got was a relic frag.

Would this have something to do with my account not being upgraded?

I do not think the account has anything to do with it. Today I did all my quests on Atlantic, 10 chars and each one did the quest 3 times to catch up, so 30 times in all to Lt, Craig. I did get 2 cloaks and a tally, both the new ones.

Did I missunderstand something here?

The special items in Lt. Dan’s chest are new to this event. Crag has stolen the special items from the last event and has put them in his chest.

This is NOT the case. too bad, I was still hoping to get a ranger cloak on Atl.

Lt. Crag, the one in Cove, only has the rewards from the housing contest - NOT the new ones.

The new 'rewards' (If something that crappy can be called a reward..) only come from Lt. Dan, he also has the old rewards.

Yup, I too read that, but what I got from Lt. Craig today, 2 cliloc cloaks that have 1 HPR 1 MR 1 SR and 2 LMC, and I also got 1 cliloc snake tally with the poison eater, poison resist, and Stam regen.

Lt. Craig only had the NEW rewards, for me so far. Most of my Pac turn ins are to Lt. Dan and not one old item from him either, only the new rewards.

I am looking for verification that someone got the housing quest rewards from crag. I am only doing this event to try to get the 5ssi cloaks. Can anyone verify that Crag is giving them?
