I would like to sale the 16x14 or 14x16 (dunno which is right direction 16 width) on the Trammel facet.
Nice spot with no other house in front and near bank and road.(See picture)
With 60% storage increase you will have storagespace for 3899 items. Also nice for Vendors.
House will be cleaned from items before trading.

Ok: What is an reversed auction. Each day i will drop the price a bit. First guy who write STOP wins this house. Nevertheless i will offer this house inGame and on other channels to players. I think this is a nicer art of BUMP.

Today the price is fallen to 28 Mil.

Nice plot - I've just went by it. Extremely close to Brit. Too bad I do not need a house right now but I am sure you will sell it for a nice sum if you drop some runes in Luna and open some gates this weekend!
