This was my thought also. Not having Chiv on a sampire is like not having Bushido. You lose out on so much extra damage potential that you're handicapping yourself intentionally. If you must have Healing, then drop Parry.

Not sure i see the point of having an RBC without a medable suit. That jackal's collar about halves your MR rate.

RBC was primarly for the LMC 15%, & the 10 Extra Mana. The Mana Regen of 3 is a nice bonus to. Eliminates the need to be Elf for the extra mana, & being human access to all the Tier 1 spells ^^

Can you use secondary special moves with that template? It seems like +tactics jewelery was nerfed for something but I forget what it was. Otherwise your template appeals to me the way you fit in healing. I may want to try something like it myself.

Nope Tactics will let do the primary special but not secondary. Can always change the Jewelry around since its imbued. Wonder if it effects the duration of Evasion.
