[Gardening] returning with a few questions

I have been away from the game for a while, and from planting even longer!

I just planted 18 orange bullrushes for the petals. I planted them all the same day with fertile soil. About 1/3 of them seemed to benefit from the fertile soil. The rest did not...is that something new?

It's not new - fertile dirt always gave just a chance for an extra day's growth each time a growth check is done.
