I just wanted to throw that out. I've always wanted to join factions, but the main thing that stopped me was that if I were in trammel and died, no one who wasn't in my faction or an allied faction could res me.... The secondary thing that stopped me was a (at least percieved) lack of activity.

taking away the res limitations has made factions feasible for the primarily trammel player, and introducing the items has made factions more popular fixing both of my concerns.

Thank you Devs.

I think faction items should be wearable only on fellucca, or alternatively enable the fighting on Trammell (no skill/point loss?). Too simple to have a PVM character using faction gears, collecting faction points with friends in complete safety.

this has ruined the market for artifacts, armor, etc....

my 2c.

I suggested this in a different post to make town control more appealing and flush out the PvM Faction point hoarders, how about making travel from felucca ONLY available from faction towns under control (so if minax control brit minax factioners can travel between facets via the brit moongate.)

If you are in trammel/tok/ilsh and all the town falls out of control, you are teleported back to fel faction base after 2-3hours of the loss (that way people can finish there peerless runs (message gets sent out over the system along lines of "calling to arms! all towns are lost! we must recall the troops to aid in the strugle" so they know that the timer has begun) do another round of doom complete a transaction etc)

I can see people worrying more on who controled the towns and less tram guilds attempting to farm points for cheap arties (they may actually have to fight to keep them)
