Returning Tamer with questions

Things have changed a bit since I left, so my first question is where the heck do I even FIND a Greater Dragon? They didn't have such a thing when I left a few years ago, but I might like to tame one.

Also, my treasure hunter used to be able to easily solo level six treasure chests. Now I can't even peace the bloody AW without failing a dozen or more times. What did they do to AW's? Talk about a buff! Geez!

So that comes down to my final question....should I just remove a few things from my Tamer and put on Cart/Lockpicking, so she can do the level six maps? Would a tamer/t-hunter make things a bit easier than a Provoke/peace t-hunter?

The first 2 i can answer for you,

Greaters spawn in exactly the same places as the normal dragons so, Destard Wind, Demon Temple, ilsh valour jungle. They are a hard tame peace is basically useless.

Ancient wryms where buffed a while back now, not sure why but they are.

I cant help on the T-Hunter questions never having had one.

Couple things:

What shard are you on? I ask this because I am sure there are a number of tamers here that will offer to go with you to tame or even tame a greater for you.

Second Ancients got the beef up at the same time greater dragons came into existance, in order to make them more worthy of the name.

Lastly what are your skill levals? 120 in prov and peace and a lil tactics should make the t hunter still viable on lvl 6 maps.

Its been a while since I have done one but usually see people posting that they still have success with that template.

I run a tamer/mage/t-hunter and have zero problems with doin lvl 6 maps. It's possible to do with the bard, but it's much more risky, and alot longer to do. Try usin a dragon slayer musical instrument when provo'n, it might help abit.
