I'm coming back after about 6 years I was wondering is a pure scribe mage still a viable pvp character or should it be changed

It's alot easier to build really good suits now. Most pvpers drop meditation and replace with high MR and LMC on gear now. Bone and studded armour now take you over the LMC cap to 55%.

Scribe is still decent. It will give you more SDI over the cap people without it have, just be aware alot more templates are viable now and you will see archery alchemy mages, nox fences mages, bushido mages, chiv mages etc all of which are very powerful.
