Returning Player with Codes

i just got SA and they sent me 2 codes,1 for client and 1 for promotional,i can't find anywhere to put in promotion codes,can anyone help please?

I just upgraded today. The promotional itesm were the vollum in a crystal, 3 race change tokens, and 3 statuette tokens.
