Returning from beyond

So unlike our great king, Lord British, who has disapeared from our world leaving us to fend for ourselves, i am making a relieving return to our world of Ultima. It has been many a moons since i was last here, to be precise it was the start of Mondains Legacy since i was last seen walking the lands of Sorsaria. Within the next month i hope to be traversing these lands again and also exploring the new environments that have arisen since my last journeys.

Some of the older players may remember me for all my triamphs and glory and some of the not so glorious moments aswell lol, what can i say im not perfect hahaha. My in game character names are\were Matheryn, Kitana Moonblade, Bluewolf, Myrmidia The Red, Nevyn, Reiko Moonblade, Jasmine Embers, Chad, and many others spanned arcross two accounts, both of which are making there return.

Undoubtedly im going to be apprearing somewhat as a NooB again as all the new content will be slightly overwhelming to me so if you just happen to be one of the many people that i appear to be asking a dumb question that seems to be common knowledge then please bear with me as it is only me playing catch up.

With great annoyance from the realm of reality causing me to be absent from Sorsaria for so long i am glad to be returning, so this thread is for two reasons:-
1. To reintroduce myself to all the older players and also introduce myself to the newer players
and
2. To offer a post oppotunity to everyone to give me some feedback - Positive or Negative (without flaming anyone elses posts) about any new changes that i can expect to come across since my last apprearance.

I have read some of the new material outlines from the various explansions and updates although they only give me an outline of what to expect where i find that peoples experiences provide more of a perspective to what i will need to know and also come across.

History Recap
Originally a member of ORG - Order of the Royal Guard (LBR Expansion) Matheryn was created
many years later becoming a member of BR (Blade Runners) a few other characters infiltrated the ranks of my account along with a character known as Light who infiltrated the ranks of SDK (Seven Demons of Kilmourne) as a spy for BR and TC and was part of the destruction of SDK along with the regretable outcome of causing some players to loose interest in Ultima.
realising the error of my ways i because solitude for a while and eventually joining BCS (Black Clan Society) although this was the 2nd time i had joined them the first time was for a brief uneventful time. Having done many great things with BCS, Matheryn eventually became accepted as Guild Leader due to the leaving of the current leader - Jack Black, who thought very highly of Matheryn. The guild expired a year after that due to espionage and traitorism within the ranks by one of the members who shall remain nameless and although hatred and distrust was displayed for a few years towards this person by many she did make amends by bringing many new and wonderful things to Oceania so a friendship was reformed with her. (in a way i do feel that the downfall of BCS was partly karma towards myself for the destrustion i caused towards SDK)
after some more time passes i was initiated into the ranks of KOV (Knights Of Virtue) lead by Squall Leon. This eventuated into a fruitful endevor as many things were accomplished with KOV for example - spawns, dungeon crawls, events ect and brought my experience of Ultima to new levels and also forging new friendships that i may never have forged otherwise, it also brought my attention to some more notable natorious people who gained my distrust and disgust but i did come to realise it takes all sorts to make my experiences real.
Having left for a short duration after that i then returned to join POC (Pirates Of Cove) who made my experiences in Sorsaria a little more enjoyable and who focused a little on the roleplaying aspect of the game. Though during my brief experience with POC i wasent able to attend many of there events due to work responsibilities in the real world.

So this brings us to the conclusion of our timeline to date but not the conclusion of my time in Ultima, who knows what new experiences await me in my future travels, one thing is for sure though, i do plan to involve myself in as much player interaction as possible weither that be involved in guilds or events or trade, either way i look forward to my return.

P.S. i look forward to reading peoples feedback to the things i should expect

thankyou Katlene, no i didnt fall off the edge of the world but i did come across a few scarey places in it lol, so i see your the budding little reporter now, well done.

siyeng0 i have no idea who you are but im gathering from the section of my post that you quoted you are either a member of POC or a rival of POC, either way im glad you found it amusing i love it when im able to make someone laugh histerically. 8-D

and five oclock i dont so much know about gravity as im not a typically grounded person but i would go so far as to say addictive yes as i dont think there hasent been a week since i unwillingly left UO that i havent thought about it and missed it.

To be honest i have felt the same way about World Of Warcraft aswell and now that i have that back aswell and have the money and time and also a computer capable of playing them both i shall be returning to WOW along with UO, so on the days that i get frustrated grinding in UO or feeling that nothing is happening i will play WOW and vice versa but im sure that i wont be leaving either for a long while again.

hahaha too true fink, i agree sometimes its not just black and white, and yes petrify it was good times lol although as much fun as espionage was back then i do admit my crimes as there were some that did genuinly get hurt - Rasputin - who accually believed in the lies that were spun and was taken in by the character that i portrayed and was quite hurt when the deception came to fruition causing him to leave the game altogeather, for this i am ashamed of myself for what should be a fun game was corupted with malicious intent and actions that were not intended came to pass but from those mistakes i learnt a valuable lesson and atonned my ways vowing to aide people within the game the best i can rather than tarnish anothers experiences.

The truth to all this is the devil lives inside all of us its weather we choose to listen to him is our real test.

no i dont hold myself totally responsible but my actions wernt well intended either but suffice to say it was a dark time in those days and there were a few people whos actions were of ill repute one of which was myself.
Where this is all going though is off track as it was just ment to be a recap on past events and to show that it wasent all peaches and roses much like real life but i still keep a positive outlook on things and have attempted to attone over time as im sure many others have aswell
one thing that i along with many others had to learn the hard way is that we sometimes get too involved in the politics of things and we have to remember its just a game one which we should be enjoying not disrupting weither that be our own fun or others fun. Im not trying to preach here as im not without fault lol if anything im prolly one that should be preached to lol anyway in the end its all about having fun throughout all the new changes
