Returning Brazilian Player - Need Informations

Hello Brothers. Sorry, i am not very good in english language.
When i play was a loong time ago, and was on chesapeake. But i played with too much lag. Now i have a better internet conection, so i think i will can play without lag. (i played with 400 ping).
Now i ask for help about the best shard to play for brazilian guys. I played on chesapeake. If any brazilian player read this message please answer beacause i will get the best internet conection to play on a best shard for brazilians and without a lag.

All servers with same time zone are in same place, so will have same ping. Try ping one server each time zone?
