Hey there,

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this one account activated?

I called Origin billing support, and I directed them to the UO web page that states the program is on for the month of September, but they wouldn't activate it cause it didn't say in the post on the website that it is a free month.

They offered me a promotion code that would allow me to buy a month for 11.99 instead.

So your saying you remember the account name and password and you still cant get into the account?
If it wasn't a banned account or anything like that I'd email Mesanna and see if she can't help ya.

yah, I have it linked on my mythic email.

9 of the 10 accounts are active, but this one is not.

EA will not activate it because the DEV post on UO.Com does not say it is a free month. It just says we welcome back the players.

If you're account went down After the beginning of RTB, it probably won't come back until it's payed for again. one of my accounts went down due to an expired CC, (I just hadn't changed it over to the new CC yet), and I figured if it went down I'd be able to take advantage of the RTB.

The account was down for nearly 2 days, so I just reactivated it.

I have 2 closed accounts tied to my master account. One I can log in with through RTB no problem. The other one ... no dice.

Theres no reason why it shouldnt reactivate yhat I can think of, but it wont.

I bet it is because it was active at the time of the promotion....

One would assume, that still active accounts would get also their benefit of RTB promo, if by random luck expiring during RTB (I reactivated 3 expired accounts just days before the RTB announcement, so truly bad luck), but seems it is only targeted to those, who are really out of the game.
And I have also one account, which does not allow me to log it in, although I assume to know the proper password (unlinked account).

If it was active during RTB then it wouldn't benefit from the promotion. Someone posted a while back that their account expired the evening after RTB went active and it didn't get reactivated. I'm guessing that when RTB goes live it activates accounts that are closed at one time only.

The account that wont activate through RTB for me hasnt been billed for months, has never been banned, and user name and password correct. Its also linked to my master account. This is definitely a glitch.
