Resource gathering tool??

Does anyone remember, around about the time that the Undertaker's Staff was released, maybe i'm wrong, i thought there was some kind of tool/item you could get that would assist you in gathering resources??
I don't think i'mt thinking of Butcher's war cleaver, or Melisande's Corroded Hatcher.
Is there another tool/item that assists with gathering resources?

it gives ya more resources too when you use it over the butchers war cleaver.

you can get them from the Huntsmaster Quest right now if ya need some.

ya,
i went into the huntsman quest last month and saw that no one had bothered to do it, it was the last day of the month too, so i went and harvested all the critters and submitted them.
picked up like 14 harvest blades the next day.

was a nice win!
