Hey everyone,
After today's maintenance, we have experienced some issues with the server which is causing the notorious blackscreen issue. It appears to affect characters in cities and instanced zones, such as islands. Due to these issues, we have temporarily shut down the server and will be restarting it shortly to address this problem.
We will keep you updated on the progress here.
