Resolution size?

I used to play UO many years ago. I recently downloaded the client and started playing again.

Is there any way to make the "Game Play Window Size" larger than 800x600?

I have a 19" widescreen and unless I play the game in "full window mode" (which I don't prefer) the game play area is too small.

Not using the Classic Client (CC or 2D) windowed mode. The new Enhanced Client (EC) supports higher resolutions. It is free to download and if you are just returning now is a great time to give it a try.

Enhanced Client is the way to go! Once you got used to it, the Classic Client will seem like a choppy slide-show in a miniature window to you.

When I use the CC (classic client) I set my resolution to 1024x768 with 800x600 game window size. I also have a 19" widescreen monitor and this seems to deliver the nice black border for icons and a generally decent sizing of stuff.

With the EC you can get higher resolutions and they seem to work pretty well altho I have problems with small items in the backpacks with the client - and IMO the graphics are still not something I can play without a headache for any period of time.
