Resizing Icons for Bags, etc.

So I have read that there used to be a checked box somewhere in the options (or someone else said actions menu) to allow the scroll on the mouse to resize icons. This is not there. I checked every single screen this morning and last night looking for this. I checked the User Settings, and the Action Menu. I could not find this box to check. One of the possible places mentioned is in the Pinco's menu. There is no Pinco's menu. There is a place to select the PINCO's UI, but there is no check box near there. This is extremely frustrating. I want to play this game, but it seems everything is too small.

:"( <---these are Jack's tears of frustration

Under the actions menu. "Toggle scale mode" is what you need.

You'll find it by: Clicking the "Actions" icon then go to "Other" and scroll down. Look for an icon that's a little box with an arrow pointing off to the top right corner. Put the icon on your hot bar. When the icon is selected, place your cursor over the bag (if you use the classic style) or over the top bar of the backpack window and resize by scrolling your mouse wheel.
