Resists 40 Each While Naked??

I know there has to be a reasonable explanation for this, but tonight while working on a suit for one of my chars, the numbers just weren't adding up. I removed every item on my char and my resists were all 40. Why would this be?

What is your resist spells at?
If it is at 100, then 40 is your natural resist.

NP.. My elf is at 42 resist with 110 resist spells...
Kinda hard to make suit with this char...

I've resorted to creating spreadsheets for each of my chars. It was the only way I could get my head wrapped around it. Damn adult ADD

i have spreadsheets for my chars too, and for my extra armor and weapons stored in my house so i know what i have when putting together new suits lol... i don't know how you'd keep track of everything without a spreadsheet or notes or anything
