Residents of Barter Town

Lady Alix d'Tankerville has heard the complaints of certain residents of Barter Town regarding the estate formerly known as St. Brendan's Abbey. Tis a shame that such a once revered and holy place has come under investigation because of accusations of scandalous behavior. Branwyn, Baroness of Errol insists that these scandalous accusations are false and since the person who made all of these accusations is nowhere to be found, I have dismissed them as gossip. However, to maintain the reputation and honor of the Norman House of Tankerville; and of the Barony of Errol to whom we bequeathed this parcel of land, we have ordained some changes there. Firstly the old abbey which was very darkened and decrepit was rebuilt from fine sandstone to harmonize with the two neighboring buildings behind it. And since it is located where the river from Minoc bends to the east, we have renamed it Riverbend Manor. Although it is Branwyn's home and our residence when we visit her, it is open to the public so that they may enjoy the gardens and the soon to be in place library. On the front step there are portals to towns and dungeons as well as a teleporter to the Britain hub that have been made easily accessible to residents and visitors as well as to miners who wish to get closer to the rich resources up here.

Great news! Now there is only the matter of the fines that will need to be paid for the numerous code violations found on the property prior to the remodel. The Barter Town council thanks you for your cooperation. Please contact your local Barter Town representative to set up a payment plan.
