Is it possible for us to get some kind of tag for either the new armor and weapons that have been enhanced, or the old, dont matter. So we know if it can be imbued or not?

For those who dont know, armor and weapons before the imbuing patch that were enhanced cannot be imbued, but armor enhanced after the patch can be imbued.

A tag of this sort would make it easier for those of us who search Luna for specific mods on an item and we would know if we can or cannot imbue the item if its enhanced. Would save me a lot of money lol.

Sure, check out the Copper_Enhanced mod for the Enhanced client. I think the mouse-over will tell you everything you need in a color-coded glance.

Ultima Online, like much in life, is what you make of it. If you choose to go with the Classic Client, then you choose to go without.

No kidding.

The Enhanced Client has a massive advantage over Classic Client when it comes to evaluating items for enhancing and imbuing. I thoroughly recommend it for anyone crafting, shopping, or assembling gear, even if you only use it for that and go back to Classic for your preference. I use both clients as I feel both are currently incomplete.

UO:Assist, UO:Carto, etc.. these things aren't "UO" either, but people readily use them for the advantages they afford. The EC is just another tool to be used, the game itself is still UO.

The EC is still the real UO. Same game still, just a newer client that allows for more things being possible such as mods. It's called "enhanced" for a reason. Makes things a bit easier to add into the client. You choose to stick with the old client then you need to learn to live with what you cannot get. Such as mods.

Except this player is color blind and any color coded system is right out for me, thanks anyway.:talktothehand:

But the information is still there and organized consistently. You just won't be able to scan the color codings to determine if something will produce a relic or will be worth imbuing, etc. You'll just have to read it, like I'm sure you do with almost everything else in life.

The color coding is simply there for convenience. Especially if you have grid view turned on, you can just scan down the line of items.
