Request: Guards Should Have Shoes...

So many guards do not have proper attire our dearest Dark Lady @Mesanna --- trivial request I know. But its been long overdue. Are the King's coffers so in dire that they cannot afford shoes for those that keep our safety?

I'm sure the local fishers could donate the ones they "catch". 120 Fishing and still get dozens of shoes/boots/sandals every time I fish.
