I don't want to create more loot.I'm not sure I understand.
you want it to create more loot because you brought more people?
Why is it negative that your party members can all see the same loot?
If you don't want to share, shouldn't you just go solo?
It's negative that party members can all see the same loot because we want to share loot fairly. Instanced corpses is the easiest and best way to do that.I had 2 other questions...

Aye me too. I just like to play my bard and there are buffs that only work when you're partied.Signed. When hunting with other people, I'm only partied with them if they're a newb and I want them to have all the loot. If just hunting normally with guildmates we go unpartied.
Because you should ,as in solo play, get what you are entitled to .I think it is very obvious the intention and I smell a Troll hereI had 2 other questions...

lolI posted this post after dropping party![]()
Maybe give an instanced corpse to everyone in the party regardless of damage?Didn't some other game do this? If so you know what that means...
In all seriousness this is a good idea. So is giving loot rights to healers but I digress...
Even better; A toggle for the party leader to choose loot options like this. Oh wait...that won't work...simpsons did it!....er wow did it, therefore we cannot implement into UO. Too cookie cutter. Don't want a turd like that in our sandbox...Maybe give an instanced corpse to everyone in the party regardless of damage?Didn't some other game do this? If so you know what that means...

I'm uncertain why the "Roll for Loot Need/Greed" system is "BS." Consider that in an MMO, you're encouraged to group up to do some of the content. Further consider that you might not always know everyone in your group. The "Need/Greed" system at least presents a legitimate system of keeping people honest and fair about who gets what....
It would work well for parties. But be thankful we don't have that whole Roll for Loot Need/Greed BS other games tend to have (WoW, etc).
Because the definition of "need" and "greed" can differ between players (and this doesn't even go into the player-made external systems for dividing up loot). Also anything that introduces a human decision also introduces bias. Divided up, instanced corpses removes this bias completely from the players and puts it in completely impartial hands (the game) automatically without extra steps of Need/Greed or rolling or whatever. And if a player doesn't want a certain item, the corpse goes public in a couple minutes anyway. If players simply grab everything, they can trade around at the end of the run.I'm uncertain why the "Roll for Loot Need/Greed" system is "BS."
