(Question) Reptiles kiss, and poisoned shuriken

I saw mention of an artis called reptiles kiss- anybody have this? What is it?

I also saw my darts and shuriken are pretty lame now. I saw mention of a publish change that now included poison skill with these? Is this right? I was unable to find any info on statics or uo guide. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Reptile's kiss was in the first list of proposed artifacts for Cora in Covetous. It didn't make it into the live publish. Sorry :(
