[Report] Undead Crisis At the Cemetary

Escaflowne

Crazed Zealot
Stratics Veteran
Stratics Legend
The other night saw the next wave of Undead launch an assault on Vesper. Civilians came fleeing from the cemetary to sound the alarm of undead. The Vesper Redguard and her allies quickly gathered and jumped into action to meet the threat head on!

The defense force were engaged by a large force of abnormal undead all bearing the glowing C rune After a long struggle the threat was put down but the warriors came face to face with a skeletal drake at the end of the battle. This skeletal drake did not bare a rune which raised concerns.

After the research on Corgul stated that Corgul was able to bargain with more intelligent undead for their aid; Redguard Commander Escaflowne came to the conclusion that Corgul had gained the aid of the Skeletal Dragon in Ilshenar as that was the only place where skeletal drakes were found.

The last thing Vesper needed was an army of skeletal drakes and dragons assaulting the city, so the strike force set out to Ilshenar to battle the skeletal dragon to prevent it giving more aid to Corgul.

Twas a tough and tiresome battle but eventually the group brought down the skeletal dragon and returned to the Swaggers for a well earned drink and a brief laugh at the Commander without his bearmask on.
