With the ongoing undead scenario and the mysterious black ship; Redguard Commander Escaflowne followed up on a lead by going to the Lycaeum in Moonglow to do some research on Corgul the Soulbinder. He managed to uncover information that links it all together.
He uncovered a copy of Corgul's Handbook on the Undead which revealed that Corgul uses the lower forms of undead to gather bodies and souls for him. He controls them by branding the undead with his own designed magic rune which the Redguard have found on the corpses of the recent undead they have killed.
Whilst the Lycaeums copy of the tome was incomplete, the last passages stated that Corgul also had ways of bargaining with the higher more intelligent forms of undead to gain their aid.
The Redguard are now one step closer to understanding the ongoing undead crisis and react with a plan to defeat it! However with Corgul being bound to his domain, the question still remains how he is able to send out minions into Britannia to wreak this havoc.
